What to do prior to treatment?

  • Stay hydrated! Being hydrated makes the skin respond better with the radiofrequency.

  • Avoid blood thinners for the recommended time prior to treatment

  • Avoid the sun several weeks prior for optimal results

  • Avoid photosensitive medications

  • No Accutane use within the past 6 months

What to Expect from a Treatment

Process

We will provide medical grade numbing for this treatment so you will be more at ease of discomfort!

 

After the recommended time with the numbing, it will be removed and the skin will be sanitized to begin treatment! We will now begin the systemic pass over the treatment area. You will have some warmth and slight pressure during this process. This can take up to 30-60 minutes depending on the area being treated.

 

After treatment you may notice redness and slight swelling but don't stress that is normal! This is similar to a mild sunburn. In most cases these symptoms do resolve in 1-3 days!

Procedure

​​You will want to avoid the sun due to skin sensitivity, so wear SPF 50+ recommended.

 

Also avoid harsh skin care products like exfoliation. We recommend a gentle cleanser and using hydrating cream as well as sunscreen!

 

We do provide an aftercare sheet on the day of your appointment, so you have it all listed for you!
